◉ Valhalla Industries (V.I.) does not offer refunds as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors, but all bookings are fully transferable. V.I. will only provide a refund on a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by V.I. and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event, or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
